Open Enrollment
Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to:
- Review and make changes to your benefits
- Add or drop covered dependents
- Purchase supplemental benefits coverage
After open enrollment ends, you will have to wait until the following year’s open enrollment to make any changes, unless you have a qualifying event.
Spousal Surcharge
If you elect to cover your spouse under a Pella medical plan and your spouse is eligible for coverage through their own employer, you must check “YES” during your benefits enrollment when asked and pay the Spousal Surcharge of $100/month. The surcharge does not apply if both you and your spouse work for Pella Corporation.
How to Enroll
Sign in to Fusion HCM
- In a Web browser from any computer or mobile device, navigate to portal.mypella.com and click on Fusion HCM. Supported browsers are Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- From a kiosk or Pella Connect app (if available), select the My Apps Dashboard and select Fusion HCM.
Enter your username and password
For login assistance, contact the IT Service Desk at 641-621-6206 which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access your benefit enrollment information in Fusion HCM.
- From your Fusion HCM homepage, click the benefits icon to view your current enrollments or complete the online open enrollment process.
