That’s why Pella offers virtual primary care through Premise Health. This benefit gives you another way to access primary care when and where it works best for you.
- Virtual Primary Care is available to team members and eligible dependents enrolled in a Pella medical plan.
- Dependents ages 2–17 may participate with a parent or guardian present.
Virtual Primary Care
Build a relationship with a dedicated provider who can support your health over time. Through phone or video visits, you'll connect with the same provider for routine care, preventive services, chronic condition management, and more. Your provider can also help coordinate prescriptions, lab work, and referrals when needed.
